10th international meeting of saxophonists in Slovenia

Nova Gorica, June 26th to July 2nd 2006

The one-week 10th International Meeting of Saxophonists 2006, which the arts centre Kulturni dom Nova Gorica organises in collaboration with the music school Glasbena šola Nova Gorica, will again connect young and up-and-coming saxophone students with internationally acclaimed masters of saxophone interpretation acting as their music teachers. This year the teachers will come from three European countries, Netherlands, France and Slovenia:

    Being held biannually, a competition will not be held at this year's Meeting of Saxophonists. It will return next year. However, an international summer school of saxophone will be held, accompanied by a festival featuring a varied programme
